About the role
In this position, you will become part of a driven DevOps & Continuous Delivery team building the next generation Payroll engine. The team’s responsibility covers all aspects of developing a modern cloud service, including logic, UI, testing, infrastructure, security and delivery.
Your main focus will be backend development of the business logic in our service, but there is a lot of room to mix work with other types of tasks depending on your interest and background. All team members are expected to contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, and all opinions matter.
Our tech stack
ASP.NET C#, Terraform, TypeScript, React, Selenium, Docker, DataDog
Hosting in AWS , mostly serverless:
AWS Lambda, SQS, SNS, Aurora MySQL, DynamoDB and S3

About you
You are comfortable working in complex domains and enjoy translating business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
We believe you:
have solid experience as a backend developer, preferably in cloud-based systems
have some experience of architectural work
enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring others
actively develop your own skills and stay curious about new technologies
use AI tools in your daily work and are interested in exploring how AI can support development, quality and productivity.
If you have knowledge within payroll domain or experience of developing payroll system it´s a merit
Location: Växjö is our preferred location but also Malmö, Helsingborg, Ljungby could be an option.
