We are now seeking a Product Specialist to strengthen our growth journey with Visma Net. In this role, you will be part of an innovative SaaS company where your expertise in business systems and financial processes will truly make a difference.
About the role
As a Product Specialist, you will join our Nordic Customer Success department and work with the ERP product Visma Net. The role involves working with partners from all our Nordic countries. We wish to strengthen our Swedish presence, but applicants from both Sweden and Norway will be considered.
Our work includes training, developing materials for self-service, and providing 2nd-line support to our certified partners. The Visma Net team consists of 24 people from Norway, Sweden, and Finland. Within the team, we have slightly different roles, but we all help handle incoming support cases and support one another. In addition to our own team and partners, you will also collaborate closely with our international development department and help shape the future of the products.
Our main focus is proactive support and knowledge sharing. Our partners and customers are incredibly important to us, and we strive every day to provide world-class support. For us, this means both rapid response times and pleasant interactions, as well as a high level of service in accordance with our quality system.
Your Main Responsibilities
As a Product Specialist, you will have the following tasks and responsibilities in your daily work (additional tasks may occur):
Handle incoming cases from our partners.
Create training materials for our customers and partners.
Report, document, and follow up on reproducible errors, as well as requests for improvements.
Acquire and maintain relevant knowledge, and develop your skills.
Conduct and/or contribute to training for customers, partners, and colleagues, as well as deliver content for relevant certification programs.
Share knowledge and skills internally and externally.
Participate in system tests.
Who we are looking for
You have/are:
A strong interest in ERP systems, especially Visma Net.
Excellent communication skills and a desire to nurture customer relationships and provide great service.
Analytical and motivated by tackling more complex issues.
Good knowledge of accounting and financial reasoning and/or inventory and logistics flows.
The ability to communicate well in both speech and writing in a Scandinavian language as well as English.
Experience/knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Location
Stockholm, Malmö, Oslo (Skøyen), Trondheim or Fredrikstad.
Reports to
Team Manager.
